Runway to Reality: Summer Edition

New Week. New Outfits. Same Closet: Summer Style Edition

Have you ever opened your closet full of clothes and still thought…

“I have nothing to wear.”

You are definitely not alone. Here’s what I've learned after more than 25 years as a stylist: Most of the time, you don’t need a new wardrobe. You need a new way to see what’s already there.

Welcome to this week’s Runway to Reality, where I give you simple outfit prompts to help you get inspired, shop your closet, and make getting dressed feel exciting again.

And since summer officially starts this week, we are celebrating with all the summer vibes.

Color.
Prints.
Statement pieces.
Easy, effortless outfits.

And yes…you are even going to see me wearing color all week. I know. Shocking.

Here are this week’s outfit prompts:

Monday: Floral Print

Whether it’s bold and dramatic or soft and subtle, find a floral that feels like you. Remember, personal style is not about the print — it’s about how you wear it.

Tuesday: Statement Necklace

Layer it on. Make a statement. Take the piece you’ve been saving and actually wear it.

A simple outfit with one intentional accessory can completely change everything.

Wednesday: Summer Color

Choose a color that makes you smile.

The colors, shapes, and pieces you are naturally drawn to are little clues to your personal style.

Pay attention.

Thursday: Capris or Shorts

Trends will always come and go, but confidence comes from knowing how to make them work for your body and your life.

Friday: Maxi Dress

Simple. Effortless. One piece.

But the magic happens when you add the details that make it yours.

A belt.
A shoe.
A piece of jewelry.
Your personality.

That’s the difference between wearing clothes and having style. So this week…walk into your closet with curiosity. Try something new. Wear the thing you’ve been saving for someday. Because your closet should feel like your own personal boutique....full of possibility.

Watch this week’s full Runway to Reality video below and get inspired. Let’s get dressed!

XO, Isha
