Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Should there be any significant delay in shipment, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location. We ship from Reno, Nevada, and delivery times are calculated from the time of shipping, not the time of order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number(s). You can track your package through the link provided in the email or directly on our website under the 'Order Tracking' section.
Shipping Insurance
All orders are insured against loss or damage during transit. If you receive your order and find that it has been damaged, please contact us immediately at isha@thesocialclublive.com with photos of the damage.
